for the pursuit of the purposes related to the ongoing relationship. In particular, the processing is finalized at fulfilling inherent and

of commercial, promotional and technical nature regarding our products, applications and services, also including the sending of
newsletter, through automated tools (email, sms etc.).

with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes, according to the principles of lawfulness and transparency and, in any case, in order
to protect the confidentiality and the rights of the subject, in compliance with the provisions of current legislation.

The provison of personal data is mandatory for the purposes referred to paragraph 1 above and therefore any refusal to provide them
could determine the impossibility of Rubinetterie MCM Intl S.r.l. to continue the relationship.

The data provided could be communicated to:

• Public bodies only in case where this is required by law;
• Professional officies, consulting and auditing companies;
• Banks and credit institutions;

The processing and the storage of Your personal data will take place in accordance with the previsions of the current legisltion, for a
period of time no longer than that necessary to achieve the purposes referred to paragraph 1 above for which they are processed, except
for the ten year term for the preservation of civil law data and the performance of any other legal compliance.

6. Rights of the interested party
At any time, You can exercise, pursuant to the articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation n. 2016/679, the rights to:
• Request the confirmation of the existance or not of your personal data;
• Obtain information about the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or the categories of reipients to
whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when it is possible, the storage period;
• Obtain the correction and the deletion of data;
• Obtain treatment limitation;
• Obtain data portability, recieving them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device,
and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
• Oppose to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
• Ask to the data controller the access to personal data and the correction or the deletion of them or the limitation of the processing or to
oppose at their treatment, in addition to the right to data partability;
• Revoke the consent at any time without jeopardizing the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
• Make a compliant to a supervisory authority;
